About Daniel L. White

Experienced Oklahoma Criminal Defense Attorney

Daniel L. White has been practicing law in the State of Oklahoma for 15 years. After nine years of active duty in the U.S. Army, Daniel pursued a career in legal defense at the University of Oklahoma. He has handled criminal cases in federal, state and municipal court. He has tried jury trials in federal and state courts in cases ranging from drug trafficking to mail fraud to Indian Country embezzlement.

When choosing an attorney, make sure you pick one who knows how to try a case to a jury. All decisions on how to resolve a case depends on this skill. I will guide you to understand the evidence against you and how and if this evidence will be presented to a jury. Ultimately 12 of your fellow citizens will determine your guilt or innocence.

Daniel served as a Field Artillery Officer for nine years active duty with the U.S. Army. His military training includes Field Artillery School, Ranger, Airborne and Air Assault Schools.

Daniel deployed to Desert Storm with the Second Armored Calvary Regiment, headquartered in Nuremburg, Germany. While in Desert Storm, Daniel’s unit received the Valorous Unit Award and Daniel personally received the Bronze Star medal.

Daniel’s military background provides a real-world awareness of the situations people find themselves in. Because of this, Daniel can provide real-world advice on how to handle and overcome these problems.
